Several Storms Move Across the Pacific
Heavy rain and strong winds affected Mexico and Hawaii.
NASA satellites watched several powerful storms in the Pacific Ocean. Hurricane Polo crossed part of Mexico and brought dangerous wind, rain and high water.
Hurricane Nolo passed near Hawaii without moving over the islands. It still caused very heavy rain in some places. Roads flooded, trees fell and landslides happened. NASA is helping Hawaii with maps and other data.
