UN Women Bangladesh and AYAT Care convened 24 participants to examine how companies can apply the Women's Empowerment Principles. The workshop addressed structural barriers that affect women's recruitment, retention and promotion.

Participants described measures including parental leave, remote-work flexibility and management practices that respond to employees' needs. The event linked gender equality with business performance and called on Bangladesh's 50 participating organizations to turn formal commitments into workplace action.
