Mbappé’s brace secured a 2–1 away victory for Real Madrid against Barcelona on October 25. He put the visitors ahead in the 41st minute at Spotify Camp Nou, but Raphinha equalised after 61 minutes.

The contest remained level until Mbappé scored in the 87th minute. Having surrendered their initial lead, Madrid regained it late enough for that second goal to prove decisive.
