Carey Revisits Glitter With Expanded 25th-Anniversary Release

Name: __________________________ Date: __________________

Read the story

Mariah Carey's Glitter soundtrack has returned in an expanded edition to mark 25 years since its 2001 release. The digital collection released on October 30 has 27 tracks, adding 15 selections to the original album, according to Universal Music.

The additions mix rare and previously unreleased recordings with remixes and alternate versions. Apple Music also lists the 27-track collection and its October 30 release date. Not all the extra recordings are new songs.

The soundtrack has returned to vinyl as well, while a separately restored version of the Loverboy music video accompanies the anniversary. The album originally provided music for the film Glitter.
