Read the story

Google has added a free textbook collection to Gemini Notebook, its artificial intelligence study tool. The company says hundreds of books from educational providers can now be added as sources.

After choosing a book, a student can ask questions about it or create study guides and practice quizzes. Google says the tool links answers back to the source, so users can check the material themselves.

According to Android Authority, the feature is rolling out in the United States and India. It reported no announced timetable for other regions.
