Read the story

Everton came from behind to beat Coventry City 3–1 on November 6. Yann Gboho put Coventry ahead in the 52nd minute, but the lead lasted only four minutes.

Thierno Barry equalised and then scored again to put Everton in front. He later passed to Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who scored the final goal.

The victory marked David Moyes’s 592nd match as Everton manager. He drew level with Harry Catterick for the most matches in charge of the club; he did not move ahead of him.
